Violating any of these rules will lead to our security team having to evacuate you out of the property with no compensation. The property is equipped with a CCTV camera facing the front door only.
Also, this home is equipped with a decibel monitor to help us prevent parties. The monitor only registers sustained noise levels over a decibel threshold and does not record voices or specific sounds.
